Electricity

As we are a resident of ekurhuleni we experience a very bad service. We have been staying without electricity for 2 days . Yesterday morning we call their call centre they told us they will send someone to come and assist us but no one came until we saw one of their truck pass by the road around 20h00 and we ask them to assist us one of the them tell us that we are crazy and she can't help us as we are not on her list .
