Electricity

This morning I guess it was a routine check from the Ekurhuleni electric department they switched off our electric then put it back on but when they left they switched off my houses electric and left. The rest of the street has electric so I called their office to make an enquiry. I called in at 9am just after they left had to call back 10 times prior to them answering their calls and only after calling to make a follow up as to when my electric will be back on I was told there's no turn around times and when I requested a manager I was told there's no manager at that office. They then hung up on me and logged the query at 11:30 as that's when I received my ref no. I am appalled by the service that our municipality is giving and worse I don't have electric but my units are in use.
