Electrical Power Issues at Sky City

As a Sky City resident I am so frustrated by the level of ignorance that you show us. You are basically making staying there a living hell. You have been since I started staying there. Eskom load sheds for 2 hours but every time power takes decades to be restored with us. Why is that? Some of us have little children who bath with cold water because of you. Come on you are doing us a favour by providing us with electricity. We paying for it!
