Ekurhuleni Municipality has the WORST customer service EVER!!!

When I phone and I do get through, the person on the other side can't help me or she puts the phone down in my ear or they are extremely rude. And this has been going on since October 2019. All I want to find out is the following. Who can I speak to regarding the water and sanitation tariffs that are wrong on their website. And we as owners are billed incorrectly!!! Sanitation CAN'T be more than water. Sanitation is a 40% usage of water. Did nobody picked it up from their website?
