Ekurhuleni Useless

We have contacted ekurhuleni since yesterday for assistance with our power issues, having small children without power, not being able to have hot water and so forth, have numerous reference numbers and the costing of the telephone calls just to be disconnected or rejected. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service. What a fking joke!
