Ekurhuleni takes no responsibility for 10 hour power outage because of cable faults

Covid 19 battle so we all stock up on food and boom 10 hours of no electricity and they tell me they can't tell me when it's going to be on again really money is tight right now but they recon its not their problem food is going off.... Useless I can understand why people just don't want to pay them anymore because the power is off so much and if it's not the power it's the water and if it's not the water then I bill you for ******* removal but they don't do it... I wouldn't even give then 1 star
