Ekurhuleni Springs not taking rubish bins

<p>Why dont they take my rubish bins if there is no mention of Ekurhuleni on it. Yesterday in Dersley the cleaner just looked at the front of the bin and showed the driver to go to the next house. Both my bins was ****** I bought 2 new ones that looks exactly the same but the refused to take it. My bill is paid up to date, I pay for it to be removed. This is not fair.</p>
