Ekurhuleni Sewage department is a disaster!

I logged a sewega blockage request yesterday at 11 for my elderly mom. From yesterday to date the city has not responded instead when you call you are told there is nothing that can be done as the query is on the que and they do not know when the team will respond! Really now, there is no place to walk around the house and they are forced to stay inside the house and yet they give the above response!
