Ekurhuleni 'respect' the dead animals and the neighbourhood wellbeing

I just reported a '******', almost white cat found dead in our back yard. I suspect it got killed by the dogs in the neighbourhood. I reported it 08/09/2020, this morning, and within an hour the council was there to pick it up. Feel sorry for the owners, whoever they are, for losing their cat. We lost a puppy and a chiwawa that was killed by these big dogs wondering at night. We were so angry as a family and still are. Be as it , we say well done to the prompt response from council.
