Ekurhuleni Reconnection

My name is Lerato, My electricity was disconnected and I made a payment on the 26 June 2020, and I was told to phone the municipality and check if I've been reconnected since ,my proof of payment was faxed to Tembisa Municipality all the numbers I was given no one is picking up and when ever I go through I'm told to contact Customer Service *** that number is for Services only they cant assist me. I need my electricity back on so I can purchase electricity , I have kids at home who are in the dark since they cannot do anything and its cold.
