Ekurhuleni Property Taxes Refund

I sold my property in 2020 and after all deed registration and everything is sorted EMM still hasn't refunded my rates and taxes. After numerous emails from my attorneys and myself they still don't respond, they just ignore my emails. But when we owe them money, they are quick to fine or just cut off your power. This is pathetic service and the fact that they don't even respond is worse. 4 years people.......how long do you want to take.
