What a load of useless nonexistent services. We have so many power outages in Primrose, it is actually a joke. Today alone, the power went off three times. Then you must not even think that you will get through to their pathetic call center. Even if you eventually get through, you have zero chance of getting an honest answer as to why all these outages, or when power will be restored. ANC must get rid of the whole bunch in the electrical department and close that useless thing called "call center"
