Ekurhuleni poor service

I made an arrangement with Springs municipality and paid my bills as agreed. But to my surprise when I tried to purchase electricity it says my meter has been blocked. When I checked on the Siyakhokha app my bill went from R6205,00 on 14th May 2025 to R14336,00 on 13th June. When I called the call center to get assistance they told me that their offices are closed on weekends but the answering machine says they are open from 8am to 1pm. I'm not happy with such treatment and now I'm stuck since tomorrow it's a holiday (June 16).
