Ekurhuleni Munipality bullying.

Moved to a New property in Ekurhuleni. Registered for prepaid metered electricity, ***. Paid the necessary charges and bought electricity for the first time with no issues, just this morning with electricity running low and wanting to top up, boom, meter is blocked. No decency of a prior warning, no notification of a late payment on anything. Just life being made unnecessarily difficult because some people can. Is this how life is here?
