Bad Service delivery

I reported electricity outage at my house alone after every neighbor had electricity back on, dated 08/08/2021 *******3.

After several follow ups was promised that technician will attend my problem till this day spoken to Lerato also promised that the matter was escalated to her senior still was no joy, All my refrigerated food rotten .

YET WAITING FOR MY RATES AND TAX MONEY COME MONTH END WITH SUCH BAD SERVING.
