Ekurhuleni Municipality Should Be Shutdown

I have been calling more than a week regarding a sewage blockage and the last agent I spoke to was Siyabonga who told me that they can't do anything as a municipality and I need to call department of water and sanitation and he never gave me the numbers to call.This municipality must just be closed cause we do not get any services.
