Ekurhuleni municipality services are poor

The service rendered by Ekurhuleni municipality very ***********, I logged a ticket regarding my Electricity the box was rejecting token saying connection failed and they promise they will sent a technician to come and fix it's been two weeks now, I went to their offices I've been told the same story that technician will come today still no one came we are sitting without power and we pay services every month. This is unacceptable
