Ekurhuleni Municipality refuse to take bins

Ekurhuleni Refuse removal team refused to empty my 4 bins they would only empty 1 because it was marked Ekurhuleni on it the rest they just left in the Street not even returning them to the Pavement after speaking to the guys they refused because only 1 bin was marked and apparently no other colour bin is accepted i then took the Vehicle registration CP 01 WT GP and the Driver Tholani said i need to go through proper procedures and he will not empty my bin and he aggressive told me if i have an issue i must contact his Manager Christo who surprise surprise is not available trying to speak in a civil tone to the driver just agitated him more and he just drove off after shouting the contact number for the Council <br> <br> i asked him for a letter stating the reason he refused to take my ******* but he said he won't give me nothing i must contact his boss even when we do have service delivery we have no Service Delivery no wonder the Councils are going Bust <br> <br> pathetic pathetic service and we pay for this **** i want my Refuse removed from my bill i will then get rid of my own ******* <br> <br> Regards <br> Steven
