Ekurhuleni municipality needs to attend their community matters properly and on time.

We live in solheim germiston and our cables for ****** on the 21st of January 2021, it has now been 8 days and they have not come to fix it yet or even send someone to assess the situation. We have called every single day trying to find out when they will send someone and they keep telling us we'll send someone tomorrow. Ekurhuleni municipality does not care about its citizens and they claim to help out in the community. They have been letting people down way too much and need to be replaced. As it stand we still have no lights and Everytime we phone they put us on hold. Please we can't keep buying food to eat and we can't keep spending like this. We barley get to charge our phones as well. This is outrageous and the type of treatment get for paying every single month only for these people to sit on their ass and not do anything at all.
