Ekurhuleni municipality insurance claim department disapproval

Good day,

I have lodged a claim with the ekurhuleni municipality on the 17/01/2018.due to the council electricity faulty which damaged my appliances . I was dealing with Simphiwe Khumalo who has always telling me that he is waiting for the power report from power department and all of the sudden he sent me a rejection letter that says it was not municipal fault because there was a cable theft on that day. On that day the technicians indicated that one of the other technician of the council connected the cable faulty, which results the normal 220 volt socket and power outlet was supp**** with 3 phase power (400 Volts) in error.
