Ekurhuleni Municipality - incorrect billing

Municipality Customer service is non existent. (Alberton), looking at the other reviews, it seems like the whole thing is failing. App recurring payments doesnt work, incorrect billing and termination notices due to their functionality failing. Very Sad!!! Logged requests for assistance but goes into a black hole. Seems like its a sad culture of a once thriving municipality. For the residents, you are on your own!
