Ekurhuleni Municipality Germiston (Dept Energy)

Have a challenge with this box where you punch units,went to customer care last week Thursday to asked for assistance with this box whatever its called to load units ,but they say its working,called Ekurhuleni call center from that Thursday night they said they are sending technician to help me load on the outside ,since Thursday been calling call center they say the same thing,today its Monday 19:46,no technician have arrived at my house to assist me ,anyway went again to customer care as I was coming from work found some gone and another lady was not of that department (energy) tried to call people relevant on the phine they told me the same thing have done last week,they me to the wrjnd department which has nothing to do with energy,Iam exhausted ,angry,frustrated,is it because I don't have connections to help me ,I did buy units for electricity but now m struggling to load it,can't cook,Iam using cola water to bath,the whole wwekend ,what must I do now?,Ekurhuleni Municipality Germiston you are an embarrassment!!!

By the way my neighbour has the same challenge.
