Ekurhuleni Municipality failure to remove ******* spanza in suburbs - Police influence used to promote illigal dealings.

Since 2015 waiting for ******* structure known as spanzashop erected just adjacent to my main gate to be removed. the matter was referred almost 5 times to high court. the ******* building still at my gate. municipality paid attorney a huge some amount but I still have the same ******* structure owned by police officer and Pakistanis. this show that we are not protected over the by-laws. How can simple task to close this ******* building depreciating our houses took over 3 year? this shows that there is no process to govern this. I need Municipality to take action as this poses a risk to my life. the last three years I have been followed almost three time with guns. i have been intimidated and promised to be ****ed because of this ******* building. recently the police office promised to **** me again just because he benefit on the spanza and i sacrifices my life on day to day and endanger it with unknown people who always overcrowd my gate or premises. I don't have privacy. this must be taken out as declared *******. town planning (Tsepo Ramokoka), Ekurhuleni Mayor (Masina), Padi attorney's ( Nhlanhla), and local municipal Attorney (Modise Nkotsoe)
