Ekurhuleni Municipality Boksburg

I reported a sewerage problem that has happened 4 times every time it rains. ********** 000.It did not rain last Friday however the same persisted. Every time the blockage happens I am the most affected as all sewerage stops at my drain where faeces (***a)floating and other things including the unbearable smell on my drain. Ref : ********** . Made an appointment on Monday 5 March with the Municipal employee ********** 559. to come clean and sanitize my drain and he did not pitch up. Arnd 7:43 I sent him an sms and to date he has not responded. I phone the municipality on Tuesday , Wed ,Thu and today 9 March 2 ********** 075. I spoke to Natalie who advised that the night shift staff will attend to the matter. I am still waiting. This sis frustrating as Municipality collects rates and taxes monthly from me and they cannot render a service that I pay for. I asked for permanent solution to this and no one is willing to take responsibility to resolve the matter.
