Ekurhuleni municipality and it's bad disgusting service

The worst service ever.

I called the municipality to report that my meter is blank and we cant load electricity that was on the 10/03 was told an electrician is on the way, it's almost 8pm now and the whole day today after 24hours I've been told the same thing. My things in the fridge are rotten and I can so anything.

I don't know what more to do. I keep being told the team leader will call me and no calls.
