We confirm that council has indicated that they are in the process of the rates refund.

We have however not yet received the rates refund, however will immediately advise once we do receive same.

I searched high and low for the municipal account in mention, only to realize that the aforementioned account would be with the buyers as they took occupation almost immediately after purchasing 17 Kramer Street, Beyerspark. I have never been in touch with the new owners

Thank you for your prompt and positive response regarding erkuhuleni and the refund of Kramer street

Tamaryn Bernard has contacted Erkurhuleni on several occasions for the collection of the outstanding balance of Kramer Street, but up to now, she has had no positive response, this amount is well overdue, as you may remember

Tamaryn, please email what you have to Purdy so that she may assist us with follow up

Ladies, I can definitely do with that financial break right now
