Ekurhuleni Municipality

I recently had a change of ownership done on my property to which i never revieved a new account number, so I continued to pay the municipal bill on the existing account number, ekurhuleni muncipality then changes the account number without giving me the new account number or notification thereof, so Ive been making payment on the old account number, my tenant then recieved a notice of termination for the water even though the payments are made every month. Ive just called every number available for ekurhuleni muncipality to try an sort this nonsense out almost 35 calls and only one was answered then transferred and then not answered again, you can even hear the people picking up the phone and putting it their desk. What f###ing a joke
