This people are fibricating our statements and payments. Last month I made a payment of which I'm paying them every month. My invoice was 1910.00 and I made a payment on the 1st of July for June. Today when I wanted to make a payment and my bill is now sitting at R4809. 00. When I view my statement I noticed that there's a reversal of which I'm not aware off and not even reversed to my account. Where is my payment and where is R4809. 00 coming from. There's no one at home during the day. Where is the hell this amount coming from. I need a clarity gha.
