<p>Ekurhuleni Municipal</p> <p> </p> <p>this municipal can offer pathetic service, imagine the meter has busted and we have no water , they are saying a turn around time is 5 days , the dnt have meters , what kind of municipal that doesn t have spare meters for emergencies and i am asking myself will the exs of the municipal go a day or hours without water...i need a rescuer who will let this people that water is a basic need ,</p> <p> </p> <p>the likes of Phindile where we register complains , she said with out account number i cant log a query..even when i provide id ... and i am asking myself was it laziness of what</p> <p> </p> <p>the likes of hudon , i call and give him the ref number and confirms the details and the call got cut and hen i call back he is like it is sorted and i ask how , he is saying we are waiting for account number...but why didnt he call me back and why i never received the call asking for account number ,, thats ekurhuleni for you ... they specialise with bad service .</p> <p> </p> <p>ref number for their pathetic service is ********** Ekurhuleni Municipal</p>
