Ekurhuleni municipal a joke

Ekurhuleni really takes us for fools I must say... In the past 24 hours we have been without electricity and water, how does that work though. We are paying clients and they think they can just mess us up like that. We live in a new development area and I think they taking advantage of us.... They can't tell us they are upgrading an area that is less than two years old.... Super annoyed.
