Ekurhuleni muncipality & Siyakhokha a partnership that DOES'NT work

Ekurhuleni and Siyakhokha, a partnership that doesn't work, firstly you don't get told that the old website is been discontinued, so one waits for the invoice that never comes, after checking the website you find that you need to re create the user details and get your account linked, then you submit payment as done previously on the old website, it is now 4 days later and payment is still pending on the new website, dilemma 1. my payment due date is the 06/08/2019 (TODAY) I sit for 40 minutes on the line before I get hold of a consultant at Siyakhokha, only for her to tell me to wait until the payment comes off, 2. is Siyakhokha going to pay my disconnection notice and re connection if they cut my electricity, I even asked if I need to go into the branch and pay as all other payment methods will not reflect TODAY, 3. I also don't want to go and pay and then tomorrow the payment pending on the website then gets released, 4. I then phoned the Ekurhuleni call centre, first time the call gets dropped before the consultant answers, second call the call centre consultant answers and just says I need to contact Siyakhokha and puts the phone down, WOW what wonderful manners, I needed to find out when do they start with the disconnection notices E.T.C, why can the municipalities never get it right, it's a true partnership that NEVER works. Now is there somebody that can tell me what to do? My electricity was cut in the first month when I moved into the new house because I short paid by R100.00 and never received the disconnection notice, the power was just turned off and I don't want that to happen again because the municipality doesn't have people who care about their customers.
