Ekurhuleni monthly household bill of R446161.00

Received our latest bill for a private house today in the amount of R446161.00. What a joke. <br> This is a property with a 4 bedroom house & never has our electricity usage been 99531kwh. <br> We are pensioners & not even living in the property as we have been away on vacation since September 2014. My brother attends to the animals and visits the property from time to time. The domestic keeps the house clean 2 - 3 days a week. <br> The next door neighbour has a pool and he is not even using as much water as what is reflected on our monthly bill.<br> <br>
