This nonsense has to end no one is doing anything about how useless and *********** the department of ekurhuleni is. How do you put the statements payment due date for the 24th whereby people are only getting paid from the 25th and then by the 27th they want to give you a letter of pre cut off notice charging you a amount of R246 for a peace of paper that they only deliver to your house by the 31st. Yet your not even behind it's just for that months payment. This is ****ing ridiculous like seriously they don't even give people till month end to make payment. This is a true **** going on because how much money do they make out of house owners charging them R246 for a ****ing peace of paper because no one can pay by the 24th as people haven't even gotten paid yet. This needs to go to cardblanch of how south Africa government are ripping people off and draining people of the little money they get for a peace of paper just because payment isn't made before month end. And then everyone wants votes in Parliament but no one is actually fighting or correcting cruption in this country.
