The Electrical department are complete ***********. Our Electricity in the Pomona area is of at least once a month for anything up to 12 hours. When you phone all they say is they have had no feedback from the technicians. Surely the area manager should instruct all crews to report findings as soon as they arrive on site and offer an estimated repair time. If this is not being done it is time senior management should be replaced for not doing their job to manage their staff.

I have been told bu various call center staff that the teams no longer go out at night that would explain why our power is out till the next morning It is time for all rate payers to start a campaign to not pay any rates until service is back to an acceptable level
