Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality just a waste of time

What a waste of money, this is truly *******ion at its best, we sold our house in march, went through the deeds office in April, we are still getting billed by this ******* inept and utterly useless Municipality. The Municipality spent millions on a new website that they don't ever use correctly, they never respond to queries on the website tool... what a joke
