Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality acting with impunity

I have received a pre-termination notice, yet again, generated after my Water and Lights account had been paid in full.

Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has done this to me repeatedly and I am expected to foot the cost of the notice of R189.45 for their mistakes.

Question is, is this the fault of EMM and they just don't act against their own's incompetence or is there some sinister *******ion deal going on behind the scenes e.g. some deal between an EMM employee and the company delivering the notices?

This cannot continue with impunity and I am sure it's happening to others as well. Let me know if you are also a victim and we can confront EMM as a collective.
