Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality accounts

<p> I do not receive accounts on time. When using the online system as suggested, the pdf file cannot be openedeven when the adobe reader has been updated. When phoning to request the account, the phone is picked up and left with no-one answering the call. Voices can be heard in the back ground but the phone ignored. When phoning again I'm placed on hold indefinitely with no sound in the background. This has been taking place for weeks.</p>
