EKURHULENI METROLITAN MUNICIPALITY - INACCURATE BILLING, WE NEED TO START A CAMPAIGN AS THE COMMUNITY

<p>Update on my inaccurate bill, I recevied a call - missed it so called back, no answer AGAIN until the 5th time calling, then a guy by the name of FRANK KHIMANE told me that he is 100% certain that there is a leak at my home that has been there for 5 months, asked me to get a professional plumber (from my own pocket) - where he was also a bit harsh, rude and I think lacked peoples s****s for someone who works for a municipality. Then another lady also called me, she was rather friendly and professional and she told me something different...now I AM CONFUSED, I think I need to alert all citizens to check their statements and question them because clearly the people (who work at the municipality) are not sure of what they are doing either!</p> <p> </p> <p>From Frustrated, Depressed and concerned Ekurhuleni citizen!</p>
