Ekurhuleni Metro stinks.

Our power off since yesterday. Sent 2 sms to 30788 but that appears to go to the north pole as no one attends to queries on this FREE sms line. Phoned this morning was promised a 4hr turnaround - 4 hr later no power yet. New promise from this bunch of A N C ***** is by 18:00 pm. THIS IS A LONG WEEKEND!!! It is hot and all our perishables is spoiling. Promises promises. All our accounts are up to date. Nothing tripped in the house. I am sure they cut the wrong people 's power or it is this open serve that hit my cable.
