Ekurhuleni just cannot provide

Once again our garbage has not been collected in Bonaero Park Extn 3. Do we eventually get a rebate from the council for lack of service as we are all paying for the service which is not being delivered. As the service is not supp**** to anyones satisfaction Ekurhuleni should provide us all with free service for quite a few months to get an indication on how it feels to get nothing for efforts not being met. This has become the norm in Ekurhuleni to take from us without any form of penalties for lack of service and until something actually gets done the service will deteriorate even further.
