Ekurhuleni incompetence service, staff full of excuses, and perfectic service !!!!!

<p>Your lack of incompetence service, staff full of excuses, and perfectic service that we reported in regarding a block main drain since Wednesday 6:44 am. We have phone on numeriuse times and each time its said we apoplgise no manager on duty, please call again at 18:00pm and nothing is done till date. It was also said they are not open 24 hours. Then when we do get someone on the line Ekurhuleni, prommissed that they will send someone out early the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now more than 60 hours and still we wait for Ekurhuleni to send someone out. I have small kinds at home and they do not understand why they cant use the bathroom as the disposal and water is over flowing out of the toilet. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your Mission Statement states - " Ekurhuleni provides sustainable and people-centred developmental services that are affordable, appropriate and of a high quality".</p> <p>Please go and re do your mission values as there is NO high quality and deffinatly NO service. We are just another number.</p>
