EVER TRIED TO GET THROUGH TO THIS CALL CENTRE .....***. TRIED FOR TWO HOURS THIS AFTERNOON TO Q AN ACCOUNT, YOU ARE FIVE IN Q, YOU ARE 2 IN Q. LINE GOES DEAD. TRIED AGAIN BACK TO FIVE IN THE Q. PATHETIC STATE OF AFFAIRS, CALL IT A SERVICE CENTRE??
