I tried to do this peacefully, but Ekurhuleni has left me no choice

Our electricity was cut off roughly 2 weeks ago They wanted their 30% to have it switched back on We made plan for the 30% and my mother went in directly to go have it paid on Wednesday the 17th We were then told it was between Wednesday (payment day) to 48 hours after payment date that our electricity would be switched on Now if I'm doing my maths correctly 48 hours after Wednesday would be Friday My mother then went early on Saturday morning to find out why our lights haven't been reconnected, their words were but mam your lights have been on since Wednesday already as per our system Now why would my mom get out of her warm bed so early on a Saturday morning and sit in queues etc. if our lights were reconnected. They reprinted our job card where it has our address, and we were told they will phone the people now to reconnect us We also have been messaging jean back and forth. Today is Monday and our electricity still isn't on My mother who is currently dependent on her nebulizer x3 a day had to resort to ambulance assistance Had our electricity been switched on my mother would have been able to use her nebulizer at the comfort of her own home.

We have decided to take this further with newspapers , hello Peter, lawyers and anyone else interested in listening to our story we are tired of people estimating amounts for our water , not taking off proper payments when it was made , increasing amounts to their own percentages and so the list goes on but all will be revealed soon on any social media platform I find as we as residents think this is totally unacceptable. Can someone please assist with our electricity being reconnected? Otherwise matters will be taken into our own hands and we will go on social media and hello Peter etc. and let whoever wants to listen to our story. we will not be held liable for any costs from the 17th of august 2022 until the date of the reconnection of our lights as per their system we are connected, but why would I be making up all this fuss if our electricity was on. my mother needs to use her oxygen machine
