Ekurhuleni EMPD Boksburg unable to sort out own fine mistakes

I am livid, I'm so glad i don't actually live in this muncipality! I received a photographic speeding fine somewhere in a Boksburg region i have meber even been to. Firstly the car in the photo is not even the same make and model as mine. Secondly you cannot even see the number plate of the car in the picture because of the nudge bar. Trying to get a hold of empd has proben impossible with no complaints email address and calls dropped. I resorted to email the company payfines something or other. After many queries they told me I need to go to Boksburg so sort it out???! **** that Ekurhuleni!! Why must I drive out my petrol to rectify your administrative mistake?? Will you reimburse my travel fees?? This is a complaint that can easily be handled via email as many other municipalities do. I am trying to sort this before it costs your muncipality more money but if you don't respond i will happily go stand in court and cost you even more money.
