Ekurhuleni Electricity Useless

I’m a residence at Sharon Park ext 2, we’ve been without electricity for more than 48 hours. We called customer care and we were told to wait 48 hours of which we understood but now it has been more than 48 hours. It’s cold and kids have been sent home from school due to this Pandemic virus that we are dealing with. Food is being wasted have to buy take aways , Cold baths, Kids now have flu,Medical attention is needed. Exactly who is supposed to fund all this things. I pay my rates and services at the Municipal on time. I therefore expect Service Delivery to be done on time too. Please do your jobs it’s costing us a lot.
