Ekurhuleni electricity service disaster

My electricity has been gone for 5 days. Day 1, I called the call centere no one picked up the phone. Day 2, i go to the Kempton Park offices and they say it will be fixed in an hour. Day 3 they pick up the phone and they say they will send someone within 48 hours. Day someone calls and I tell them to bring someone tomorrow (day 5), as a had to leave town. Day 5 I call they tell me to call the call centere again. Call center no one is answering the phone., day 6 still seating in the dark with my up-to-date municipal bill
