Ekurhuleni electricity department is one of the worst

Ekurhuleni electricity department (benoni) is by far the worst department, from consultants who receives calls, follow up consultants/department to technicians, there is only one lady by the name of Elina Buthelezi who I would like to thank so much she went out of her way to try an assist in any way she possibly can the rest are only there for their salaries plain and simple. We logged a fault as we were the only house without electricity on the 24th of December after power dip and unfortunately it looks like there lady who attended to our first call was in a hurry to knock off since she is clearly there for her salary and nothing else, she didn't log our call and there next day we called again to follow up as we were still waiting for reference number and we were told there is no fault logged on their system. One lady in particular told me once a reference number is issued her job is done whether your issue doesn't get attended to or not her job is done and that's it
