Ekurhuleni electricity call centre excellent customer service from operator

I logged a call with the electricity department call centre yesterday (#0556) as the prepaid machine was not accepting my token number. I have been making follow ups since yesterday and I was constantly told that the technicians will come. I called again today and this lady, Rankotane, went out of her way to see who my case was assigned to and she called them while I was on the line to find out why I have not been assisted yet. She found out that they were turned away at the security gate because they did not have an access code and they are not allowed to call customers on their personal phones.
