Ekurhuleni electricity

I'm running on prepaid electricity and I'm running on prepaid electricity. Then I phone ekurhuleni, lock a call, waiting between 24 to 48hrs for them to switch it back on and every time the excuse is its tampering (they test if the prepaid box is working). What bull**** is this???
