I reported that a few houses had no electricity in Kempton Park West on Friday the 29th of March 2024. I was told a reference number will be smsed which wasn’t and I called them back after 3 hours to let them I know I did not receive one. I was given a reference number and I was told that a technician will look into the matter. I called again yesterday and I was told that a technician will look into the matter. It is Sunday today and I haven’t heard anything from them and I still have no electricity. This kind of service is not acceptable.
